welcome, new visitors

There isn't much fanfare for the new crop of visitors who have come in this month, but what they encounter is quite wondrous. Is it a cruise ship? Is it a hotel? Is it a tiny planet? No one can give them a straight answer, but all are encouraged to take part in the buffet, where visitors may find an assortment of foods both familiar and unfamiliar to them. There is an open mic night happening in one of the lounges on site, featuring staff and visitor performances. Or there are a handful of shops to browse if you're amenable to trading.

Visitors will find that the Hotel Multiverse at the Edge of the Cosmos between Canons (its official name) is very much alive beyond the bustling crowd. In fact, it might just be listening to you and anticipating your needs.

As for the rest? Well, that's up to you. You may as well socialize, right?

Did she not notice that the Tardis is a lighter shade of blue? or that the ambulance sticker isn't there anymore. The Doctor sits up and walks over and stands behind Amy.

"Can I help you?"

As much as he's glad to see her; he has to lie.

She jumped a mile then spun to face him. "Do. Not. Do that to me. I am Scottish and I'm not afraid to use it."

"Alright, got it. But you're the one being all shouty at me and my Tardis."

"Your Tardis? Excuse me, that is the Doctor's Tardis. The only one who should be driving it is the Doctor. Well, the Doctor and River." She'd admit that much, so long as the Doctor wasn't there to hear it. Not that he didn't know.

"Oi! I am The Doctor." The Doctor takes out his key and unlocks the Tardis. The door creeks open and Amy might already see the console top is very different.

"What do you mean you're the...." she trailed off when she saw the inside. She slipped in before he could stop her. Or at least she tried. "Alright, I'll admit the key is a nice touch, but if you're the Doctor then you'd know this. Where. Is. Rory?"

"Yeah, sorry. We haven't met yet. This place is weird that way." The Doctor pulls out his sonic screwdriver.

"Like I was saying. Try and keep up."

The door opens the rest of the way and it's very white inside.

"Uh huh..." she walked to the console and turned to face him, leaning back against him. "Might work on someone else, but River taught us rule number 1. Don't lie to me, Raggedy Man. If you really are the Doctor, just this once.. do not lie to me." The hardness, or some of it anyway, left her face. Mostly around her eyes. "Please."

"Oh, blimey, Amy, what do I have to do to prove this to you?" Oh snap he said her name before she could tell him, The Doctor inwardly facepalms.

"I crash landed my Tardis, a long time ago, in your backyard and together we had fish fingers and custard."

"Doctor...." she whispered. Then she pushed off the console to rush at him, giving him the hugest hug and just clinging. "Doctor..."

The Doctor gives Amy a hearts filled hug with his two beating hearts. He misses her - so very, very much.

After a long hug, she pulled back, leaving one arm around him but using her other hand to hit him in the shoulder. "You are late."

[familyalien]

"Yeah. I know." The Doctor remarks with a sad tone, "What's going on in your life, Amy Pond?"

"Well, let's see. Got an apartment in New York. No wifi. No big blue box showing up to bring us home yet. But now, you're here, the box is here, let's go get Rory and tell River the good news, yeah? Then one last adventure."

As she said, every "last" adventure.

[familyalien]

"Tardis is still decoding on how to get back to our universe. We're stuck here till she figures it out."

"But when she does, we're going back to get Rory, right?"

[familyalien]

"Of course. Unless he finds this place first."

[im_with_stupid]

"Right! Alright then. Doctor. We've got you, me, a space station and time to kill." She danced back from him and offered her hand. "Shall we?"

[familyalien]

The Doctor takes her hand and allows Amy to lead, "We shall."

She grinned and closed her hand around his. "Then let's go, Doctor."

The Doctor continues to dance with his Pond. Allowing himself this moment even if he can't take Amy with him she's in a fixed point in time with the Weeping Angel.

He wanted to dance, she could dance. But given it is Amy... even happily married Amy, he might wanna stop her before she gets to enjoy the dancing a little too much.
