welcome, new visitors

There isn't much fanfare for the new crop of visitors who have come in this month, but what they encounter is quite wondrous. Is it a cruise ship? Is it a hotel? Is it a tiny planet? No one can give them a straight answer, but all are encouraged to take part in the buffet, where visitors may find an assortment of foods both familiar and unfamiliar to them. There is an open mic night happening in one of the lounges on site, featuring staff and visitor performances. Or there are a handful of shops to browse if you're amenable to trading.
Visitors will find that the Hotel Multiverse at the Edge of the Cosmos between Canons (its official name) is very much alive beyond the bustling crowd. In fact, it might just be listening to you and anticipating your needs.
As for the rest? Well, that's up to you. You may as well socialize, right?

Uh, yeah.
[ a smile forms, eyes lighting up. he leans in, conspiratorially, voice a whisper. ]
They didn't even make me pay for it.

Oh, Steve... You're not exchanging dessert drinks for special favors, now, are you?
no subject
No.
[ his eyes flick to the stage, the next act a comedian. steve tilts his head a bit, straw in his mouth, before the first joke bombs. steve smiles, licking his bottom lip of ice cream. ]
Oh my god, dude.

[ Robin doesn't entirely grasp where they are or how they got here, but she knows Steve Harrington is gonna be Steve Harrington no matter where he goes. Which means that he's ripe for ribbing anytime, anywhere.
She grins, and tips up her glass to shovel the dregs of her milkshake into her waiting mouth with her straw. Once she's swallowed down the last of it, she drops the glass back on the table and leans back in her chair. ]
In all seriousness, though. This is pretty far out, right?
