Rusty's a Dalek that went against the other Daleks. He broke free of them and hide away. Not that he likes me much but he will help destroy Daleks.

You and I happened there and we were trying to free some of the aliens that they were tormenting. Then we got captured and long story short, so did Mulder and we had to trust each other to get out.
